The website says 4-8 days delivery
The website says 4-8 days delivery. Mine took 16. They say they have offices in the US, but their phone and shipping is from Singapore. They initially sent my order to Australia despite having the correct address in the US. Stick with something local.

Your return policy sucks
Your return policy sucks. My charms is supposed to be red and it’s orange. Wrong birthstone. But if I spend the money to return … you may or may not give me a refund. Won’t recommend. Upset I bought. I know I ordered the correct month… your stones are bad! :-( unhappy

Finally my purchase arrived and it is simply beautiful.
Did not received any information about the purchased not getting on time. I had to inquire about date of delivery and did not receive any satisfying information. Very unpersonal and vague answers. Not satisfied at all

I ordered several necklaces and the serpentine necklace came folded in half. There is no information on replacing it returning it or any other resolution. Will not be buying from the, again.
