Elton and Victor was amazing especially how they wrap my tv since I didn’t have a box for it they was fast and easy. And very nice .

Absolutely horrible. Have a quote which they said was binding. After all of my items were packed on the truck they charged me another 1000 saying the original quote was wrong. Then I had to pay even more to get my items because they made up another lie. I filed a claim and they settled for $50. Avoid at all costs.

I've had a fantastic experience with this company. The people that contacted me gave me a lot of details and helped me every step of the way. Then the two men that showed up to move my house we the most polite gentleman. Alex explained everything to me and was very patient with all of my questions, and Dmytriiw was very thorough and careful packing up my belongings. I would 100% recommend this company to my friends.

Moving is stressful enough without surprises, so I approached my recent move with hope that things would go smoothly. I hired a moving company, expecting the quoted costs would be a straightforward process. What happened was more complicated, and I want to share my experience for anyone considering using a moving company. Billing Complications The day of the move, I was hit with unexpected added costs that weren’t discussed during the initial set-up. This was a shock, and to be honest, it made me angry. I was going to cancel the move altogether. I needed to step away more than once just to avoid raising my voice, which is not something I’m proud of, but it’s the truth. I felt frustrated and overwhelmed by the situation—not at the movers themselves, but at the situation I found myself in. To be clear, these extra costs were not the fault of the movers. They were caught in the middle, doing their job as best they could. I believe that if the conversation with the agent setting up the service wasn't rushed and the agent focused on the specifics of what is moving and size the cost surprises would be minimal. But sadly, that is not what happened. Movers' Response Despite the tension, Alex, the lead mover, and Dmytrii, his colleague, showed real professionalism and kindness throughout. Alex listened to my concerns and worked with his supervisor to find a reasonable adjustment to the final bill. Both Alex and Dmytrii kept a positive attitude, worked quickly and efficiently, and took care to protect my belongings. Their calm and friendly demeanor made a tough day a little easier. Final Thoughts Now that the first-half of the move is finished, I feel a huge sense of relief. I hope I never have to use a moving company again. I appreciate Alex and Dmytrii for their understanding and skills, and I’m glad that, in the end, things turned out okay. If you’re considering a move, know that things will not go as planned. Insist on giving them the most accurate description (including measurements) during the initial call and set-up in order to get the most accurate quote. **Note** wrapping and protecting the furniture is not included beyond a blanket. I know I was just as shocked as you--would have been a good thing to know at the beginning so I could have added it or at the very list known about it. Now to prep for the drop-off of my belongings and fingers crossed there will not be any surprises.
