We respectfully disagree with this review, as it misrepresents both our process and the results achieved. The facts are clear: This business owed $234,868.97. Through our structured program, that obligation was settled for $150,000.00 — a savings of $84,868.97 (36%). These savings were documented in a signed Settlement Agreement and align with the projections outlined in the enrollment contract Our fees were fully disclosed in writing and collected in accordance with the signed Client Agreement. Claims of “improperly withheld funds” are inaccurate. Just as importantly, any decision to close operations was entirely independent of our program. In this business owner’s own affidavit, the business acknowledged that this debt was already “entirely unaffordable” before enrolling. Coastal Debt Resolve has helped many businesses avoid litigation and achieve significant savings through our transparent, professional debt resolution process. While we regret that this client feels dissatisfied, the results speak for themselves: tens of thousands of dollars saved and a major financial burden resolved. We remain committed to providing meaningful relief for businesses facing unmanageable debt.
