Initially it seem I had a new customer service person every few weeks. However, now I've had Laura for several month. She is great. I get a call every week to touch base and Laura gives me the perfect amount of info...not too much and not too little.

I would highly recommend this company's services. Christopher A was awesome at taking the time to help out and explain what the next steps would be in solving my company's financial issues. He was patient and kind. He took the time to clearly explain and answer the tons of questions I had. Feel as though I am in a better space and mindset moving forward and am glad I have Coastal Debt Resolve in my corner. They rock!
