Great customer service… if you can afford it
BE SURE TO READ MY UPDATE AT THE END!!! As per Alecha, Sadeasia, and Torey, the representatives that I have worked with, their customer service has been GREAT! They have taken the time to listen to me, encourage me, and keep me going through an extremely stressful situation! As per the IDEA of what they are trying to help me with, I love it! CAUTION about one thing tho!! While the payments are definitely less than what I WAS making, my life situation has changed to a point that I fear I may not be able to keep up the program. Coastal is trying to knock out this debt in too short a timeframe, and there is NO flexibility on payment! I would have given 5 stars except for that ONE detail that I just can’t seem to overcome. UPDATE: They were going to give me a break on payments due to my situation, which WOULD have been nice! But they charged me anyway, which put my account in the negative. Since they refused to fix it, I was forced to close the account and refuse the ACH, which meant that I am out of the program. THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS LOST that I paid in, and I'll never see again! I am sure they would have delivered on their promises if I could have kept up payments, but I guess I'll never know. MAKE SURE YOU CAN KEEP UP YOUR PAYMENTS IF YOU DO THIS!!!
