Worst service and quality of product is worst. They never come on-time... Don't waste your time and money... Worst service... Its been more than 5 months and issues not yet got resolved.

Our new closet is perfect ! Since the first visit , mesure and project,Our designer Catalina was very helpful and kind. They just installed it today and it is beautiful, Clean and fast installation by Alonso and Gene , our installation crew. Recomend it for everybody !

Installer damaged home and closets. Emerald coast closets by design chose to argue when contacted over phone. When looked at pics on email said they’d fix but haven’t. Parts still missing. Falling apart. Months later still not fixed. I Had to hire a real installer for clients, it was my fault for recommending them. never seen such bad work or a company not care that they ruined a house and their closets. Cost them a lot to replace most of what CBD installed. CBD doesn’t care. Just want money then you’re stuck with it. Their fix is making cust do multiple apts try to fix something that either can’t be fixed or they’re not capable. I am sorry for ever recommending them. Won’t be anymore. Pictures don’t lie. Poor product. Poor install. Worst customer service. regretted dealing with owner Samantha. she is rude and if that is what you get from the owner. Stay away!! Wont get resolution from a company with an owner who responds defensively. Buyer beware...

Bad experience for me. I contacted the company, made an appointment, but was called the day before to cancel because the designer "called in sick". The appointment was rescheduled, about a month later. Guess what? The day before the next appointment, I was called and again, the appointment was canceled for the same reason, the designer "called in sick". What's the chances of that happening? Poor service and I will never use this company. Something just isn't right. There has to be some reason why the designer canceled twice for the same reason. Maybe she didn't want to service me. Sadly, I declined a third appointment and moved on. Is this really a reputable company? What company wouldn't like to make a sale?

He did 3 closets and my pantry and they came out awesome . He cleaned his work space when done was very professional . Even nice to my cat.

Closets by Design is just NOT a reputable company. They CONSTANTLY lie about their product and services. They schedule appointments they wont keep. They schedule two separate appointments and did not call, in both instances, to say they could not keep the appointment and that is AFTER we paid workers to empty the closets in both cases. Had to pay the workers to put back everything in the closets again twice without Closets by design calling to say they could not keep the appointments. Now there is no way of knowing if/when Closets By Design will ever show up to install the closets. Very lousy company!! They don't care about service after the sale has been made. Stay away!!

The quality, style and value of the design that Sara created for us exceeded our expectations. We built a mudroom where laundry appliances once were, despite that the floor is not flat. The closets are perfect; tons of space for hanging and deep shelves for storage. The best part is that it only took a day to build and even after the fact, they agreed to make some changes because they truly care about customer satisfaction

We paid for the installation of two closets. One closet is correct, and the other closet is damaged and unusable. The blueprint shows plenty of space to open the center drawers. We have a voicemail to prove that Closets by Design caught this issue and offered a resolution. The resolution was not implemented, and I was on video meetings for work and could not check the work. We called the same day to let them know that the drawers are unusable.The manager refuses to address their planning error and installation mistake. We attempted to resolve within the 3 day window, but we left messages and never got a call back. I will leave this as a 1 star review until the merchant resolves this.
