I purchased a necklace a couple of months ago, only wore once. I keep it in my jewelry box, at first it was beautiful. Went to wear it for the second time, and the silver on some of the necklace has turned gold. It has never been near water and kept in a dark spot. For the price, I don't believe it's worth it.

I placed an order with Clocks and Colours (#CUS401378) that USPS marked as delivered on August 15. The problem is that it was never delivered to my address. I live in a small building where deliveries are easy to track, and the landlord confirmed no one from USPS came that day aside from the usual Amazon driver. I immediately reached out to Clocks and Colours support. At first, they asked me to reconfirm my address and said they would open a claim with USPS. I provided full details, including my address and phone number. After waiting, their “investigation” concluded with them refusing to help. They claimed that since USPS marked it delivered, they must assume it was delivered—even though I provided evidence and a firsthand statement from my landlord that no delivery was made. They escalated my case to a manager, but the decision was the same: no refund, no reshipment, and no responsibility taken. Their only suggestion was for me to dispute the charge with my payment provider. I find this response unacceptable. The company essentially pushes the blame onto the courier while leaving the customer with nothing. Their unwillingness to stand behind their product or shipping process shows poor customer service and accountability. I have now had to warn them that I will file complaints with the Better Business Bureau and my State Attorney General’s Office, in addition to disputing the charge through my bank. Overall, this has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. I would caution others before ordering from Clocks and Colours, as if anything goes wrong with delivery, the customer is left without support. AND THEY HAVE NO PROOF OF DELIVERY

We will work to ensure that all of our customers receive their orders accurately and in a timely manner. Under circumstances where orders do not reach their final destination and are not delivered, we will take direct action to help our customers and ensure that they receive what they paid for. If there is an issue with a delivered customer order, we will work with customers to facilitate a replacement or a return at their choosing. However, in situations where orders are marked as accurately delivered, we must rely on evidence provided by both the customer and the delivery carrier to determine whether a reshipment or reimbursement is eligible. As your order was delivered to your location without any clear evidence contradicting the delivery of your order aside from word of mouth from your landlord, we regretfully could not approve your delivery dispute claim. Clocks and Colours stands for quality and unique designs. The silver pendants and necklaces are from high quality. Customer support is fantastic, the response is quickly and they assist you to make the right choice. The delivery company in Europe “DPD” is a nightmare. No notification when the delivery but the worse thing is they leave your package outside on the street in front of the door when you are not home. People just can take your package. As notification you get delivered. But in reality the just left your package on the streets. So Clocks and Colours go for another delivery company.

Purchased from these guys for years and have only had to problems and both are the clasp on the necklace and just as quick I reached out I received the replacement. Some one didn’t like the warranty process but it’s honestly an easy one and how else are you going to cover your company from people trying to take advantage. No complaints here they are always helpful and have stood behind the products since I started shopping with them 4-5 years ago

Not only do I love the pieces and the craftsmanship of the company. I recommend it to everyone I know who’s into jewelry! But their customer service is top notch. I reached out to for one of my pieces for warranty service. And they responded very quickly. Within minutes. I’ve never seen a company run so well. They had all the instructions I needed to move forward. I like this company so much I wish I could work with them in the future!
