I ordered the Safe Harbor ring a few years ago. Love it! Through out that time I have wanted the pendant High Noon. I finally pulled the trigger. Ran into an issue and had to contact CS over the weekend. Richard replied and resolved my issue within minutes. Can’t wait for the pendant to arrive!

Clocks and Colours always delivers a great product with great customer service. If something is wrong they are right there to assist to make it right. By the way there is really never a problem. But if one arrived they will honor it and make it a seamless experience. Tortuga ring was my first purchase back in 2017 still wear it everyday.

Every ring I've purchase has been amazing. The Team are super helpful and effecient when inquiring about anything. I have purchase four different rings from them and each one has so much fine and intricate detail. There are so many more pieces I want. The company is honestly amazing. No other company comes close.

I’ve spent thousands of dollars with them, I had one prior issue and it was resolved. But I made my biggest purchase with them and the turquoise stone broke the first time i got the bracelet. I tried to resolve it but they came to no resolution. And had an insane return policy to even confirm the damage.

Hi Kellan, we're sorry for any misunderstandings you may have derived from your support case. Our customer support team tried to get in touch with you more than once after your initial inquiry about your damaged item, but we did not receive a response from you to help you further. We do require certain steps to be completed when providing remote support for warranty claims, though this process is fairly simple whereby we confirm just a few key pieces of information, and require some images to inspect the issue. Unfortunately, we cannot provide assistance with a warranty claim without this information. If you do require further assistance in the future, our customer support team is available any time, and typically replies in under 24 hours. Thanks for being a loyal customer.

I know there are a fair amount of negative reviews, however I have to say that I’ve been exceptionally pleased with everything I’ve ever purchased (4 rings, two necklaces, and a bracelet) The products are great quality, the customer care teams that I’ve interacted with have been great. I have every intention of making several more purchases and hope I continue to luck out.

These guys are on the ball. I’ve bought a lot of stuff from this company. You cannot beat this company with the consistency and professionalism. It’s easy to support Clocks & Colours because these people truly do love what they do & what they represent. You don’t find companys like that very often any more. You cannot beat how these people do their jobs. THIS COMPANY is that company. I’m tellin ya, that’s just their employees! I haven’t even begun to brag about their product. Let me say this. Clocks & Colours overall is nothing short of sublime.
