I have run my small business based on Customer First and learned that ignoring customers' mistakes earns loyal customers. I had to cancel because I wasn't ready. Today Clickmagic ignored my mistake. I thought that I completed the cancelation process. Clickmagic told me that I had not canceled but refunded anyhow and could not stop the cancellation process.,I was touched that their business is not only about money. Thanks

Due to a family emergency, and the sudden loss of my full-time job, I found myself unable to continue my subscription with ClickMagick. I forgot to cancel my subscription, as I was taking care of my sick father, and when I reached out to the help desk to let them know my issue, they immediately issued a refund for me! I will definitely be back just as soon as life gets back to "normal" for me! THANKS AGAIN! <3
