Charged me $549 for ear wax removal, talked to patient financial advocate to see if they put a wrong charge or code, they said "Healthcare isn't cheap"😂

Had surgery in October was in CC ICU for 3 days, worst experience ever, the negligence unbelievable, threw up morning after, got some on my gown, was never given a clean one, never given anything to rinse my mouth, no towelettes to wipe my hands, before or after meals, ICU WAS HORRIFIC

Hillcrest Hospital is one of the most discriminative hospitals in Cleveland, Ohio … My experience with them was terrible I’ve been going untreated for years. They know exactly what’s wrong with me & I’m not getting treatment cause I like to ask questions ?.. Yes have you heard now African Americans cannot question healthcare you supposed to go along not me !… I used to work CCF . I know how these people think but I’m here to tell everyone question your doctor you have that Right ! & if you don’t feel comfortable seek second opinion elsewhere … Keep an eye on your bill they running the same test but, no treatment plan pay attention every one please … They have violated my rights in so many ways but they didn’t count on me knowing what I knew . Prayers

Horrible operation. Can’t understand how they are permitted to operate. 2 1/2 hours on hold to make an appt. Then they argue with you.

I have been waiting since 02/07/2023 to receive a medical form that needs completion for school purposes. Yesterday 3/7/2023 I received a call from the clinic confirming the form has been completed and that they would email it to me. The form is time sensitive for decisions needed to be made by my university regarding accommodations/adjustments according to my health issues. I did not receive the form yesterday as confirmed via the phone call. Today I called twice, and every time I call they tell me that they will send the nurse and whoever is in charge a message, but there is nothing else they can do. A medical facility should not only care about the money that they are collecting but also about their patients. It is already challenging enough battling health issues, but being not being treated with the attention, care and respect that we deserve makes it even worse. We do not require a medical form to be completed because we please to, we require a medical form to be completed because of a life need. The Cleveland Clinic might have amazing doctors but they need to re-evaluate their standards, specially regarding their procedures.

Please avoid, over charged for services, tests performed that were not authorised by consultant to increase bills. Consultant did not review results before issuing to me, if she had she would of noticed that in one blood test result was the time it was taken not the blood result. Tried to complain but the only people who answer any communication is accounts !!! Patient service uncontactable and when I eventually did get a call from them it was pointless. I will not ever use this poor company again and would advise other potential patients to go to a provider that cares about patients not just the money !!!! Appalling

I’ve been under the care of Dr. N. Brenneke of the Cleveland clinic neurology department in Sheffield Village, Ohio since November, 2022. I went out of my way to find a source to leave a public review of this doctor for one reason, to inform anyone looking for the best neurologist in Ohio to look no further than to this doctor. From the moment he entered the exam room he set a new standard for medical professionals. I was treated with more respect than I have ever received from a doctor in my life. Not only was he extremely kind and personable but his examination was beyond thorough and professional. The notes that he took were incredibly detailed allowing no misinterpretation of his findings. On several occasions he’s called me from his personal cell phone to give me information that he had not yet prepared while I was at his office in Sheffield Village. Not only did he call me when he said he was gonna call me each and every time but he did this in the evening when I am certain he was still not at work. I can’t even explain how much that means to me as a patient knowing that I have a doctor that cares that much that he is going to go out of his way to accommodate a patient that he had just met. In addition to this each and every time he has promised to forward over information to me via mychart he has done so on time which to me makes him a man of his word at the highest level. A little background I was injured in a MVA mid year 2022, and the details of his physical examinations of me have been extremely important to my Worker’s Compensation case. I can’t stress how thankful I am to have booked an appointment with Dr. B. I had to drive almost an hour and a half to to get to his office and after the fact looking back - if I had known what type of care I was going to receive from this doctor I would have driven six hours without even hesitating. I am not even sure what outlet I’m really posting this on and if he will ever see this or any of his superiors were ever come across this review but I want it to be known to someone, anyone who reads this that I am 100% without a doubt convinced he is the best neurologist in the state of Ohio & very possibly the entire country. If you do end up reading this someday Dr. B, I just want you to know how thankful I am that I found you. JDO

I was surprised that Paulo Moura is still employed at Cleveland Clinic London after he dragged me into the control room and show me one of the EVS staff on the CCTV not doing his job and as a team leader that time he provoked me to confront this staff resulted to my force resignation. Its very obvious that Paulo immature acts are breach of the general data protection the nature of video monitoring by him is overly intrusive he even allowed me to took the footage on my phone this is a public disclosure of embarrassing private facts about that staff. Paulos acts was never elaborated during my HR meeting obviously his Manager covering him up despite of my explanation instead putting the blame on me. I believe Paulo has no quality or skill to be a security supervisor or any other data related position this is the key causes of his malpractices. His acts constitute that he is guilty of gross misconduct and gross negligence that brings the compony desrepute but why he still remain covered despite of his negligence. His acts could lead to the security breach and between his department and HR issues to the company. I was promised that this will be investigated but as usual still remain covered. Good luck to the company keeping this kind of unprofessional staff.
