My surgeon Mr Lau who treated me at the Cleveland Hospital London was fantastic. His friendly, confident and made me feel at ease ever step of the way. I felt I was in the best possible care under him. His secretary is also great and always responds very quickly to any questions I had. I can’t thank Mr Lau and his team enough. I spent a week at The Cleveland hospital London. It’s an extremely clean, well equipped and modern hospital. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The staff are very friendly. I was made to feel at ease and comfortable at all times. It is a brand new hospital and at times I would say the nursing staff could communicate between theirselves a little better, as sometimes they would come and ask me the exact same questions only 15 minutes apart but other than that they are friendly and helpful when I needed them. The food was 8/10 some days was very good others days I found some of the dishes to be quiet salty. Food was always well presented and good menus selection. I would defiantly return for treatment at this hospital.

Cleveland clinic bought out Mercy hospital in Canton, OH USA. My first visit after the transition I got a bill for $622 for a 15 minute checkup that used to cost under $100. Cancelled all future appointments. Never going back again.

I had 3 appts at the clinic first one at 9am second one at 10:30 am and the third at 3:30pm, I was ar the clinic for over 9 hours, never again, very poorly run, a friend of mine has kidney failure and needs a transplant and his brother is a donor, the clinic has been dragging this out for 6 years now, I am sure it is all about money, we drive 11/2 hours to get to the clinic, I would'nt recommend Cleveland Clinic to anyone

Our daughter has waited 6 months for a specialist at Cleveland clinic for POTS they have diverted her to a virtual visit . She is very ill and this is what we get . The recommendations are from a dr at Cleveland and this is how we are being (not) treated. I have begged her to go elsewhere. I do not trust Cleveland clinic.

Cleveland Hospital London : Employment Process They have a really horrible service. There's this aura of superiority that they use to snob individuals they don't consider worthy to be in their organisation, and I felt so strained and exhausted with the entire process and their derogatory attitude. I'd been scheduled for an interview with the organisation and I'd been told to come in at 10am. I'd arrived quite early but was made to sit for an extra 20 minutes - until 10.20am,before the interview started! I've never had this sort of experience before with any interview ever, and they clearly showed they weren't prepared to interview me or I showed up all of a sudden, as the interviewer hadn't even read my CV or knew so much about my background experience before conducting the interview. Also, they put me through 2 hours of gruelling questions, whereas the interview was to last for an hour, according to the email. And by the time I was near the end of the interview, I was stretched thin, exhausted and literally drained. To make things worse, I'd come from a very far distance for the interview and was going back that same day. I didn't even receive any feedback after my interview, until the agent I'd applied through to get the offer, literally chased them persistently and consistently. I felt really terrible after the experience and would not recommend anyone I know to apply there, as this is already an indication of a toxic work culture, putting up a facade of teamwork and togetherness just to lure the next unsuspecting victim. I'd already told my agent I wasn't going to be working there, especially with their attitude, but he'd insisted on getting a feedback first.

If I can give the Cleveland Clinic Pain Management department zero or negative stars I would. My procedure for my back that was scheduled for Tuesday Sept 29 was canceled as no medical personnel from Dr Giraldo’s office would speak to my insurance company nor would they respond in any other way. Both my insurance company as well as myself tried to get a hold of his office for more than a week and a patient advocacy person would not pick up their phone or call back! I waited on hold for more that 2.5 hours on this past Friday and another 1 hour 45 minutes today and still no contact. I left three urgent texts on their patient portal and still nothing. I basically wasted more than six weeks waiting for an appointment and then have to cancel it due to the ineptitude in the Pain management office! This level of care is atrocious and I would strongly recommend DO NOT use the pain management department at the Cleveland Clinic! AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS AS I WOULD’NT WANT ANYONE TO HO THROUGH WHAT I WENT THROUGH! I truly have no idea how this can be one of the premier healthcare facilities as I have never had a worse experience than this one.

DO NOT TRUST THEM! THEY CHARGE £1,100 FOR A BLOOD TEST WITHOUT TELLING YOU OR ASKING FOR YOUR CONSENT! I had a consultation with Dr Dipesh Patel, endocrinologist, who was nice. I did not get any useful information or advice from the two consultations I had with him, except for the prescription for medicine, but I accepted that I need to pay £150 every time when I need a new prescription. He ordered numerous blood tests for me and it was already very suspicious whether all of those were necessary. Then I received the invoice of £1,250, which clarified that they are just making money of you by unnecessary blood test for an outrageous fee. I contacted them and expresses my feelings about not being informed about this fee prior to doing the tests, but they coldly refused to take any responsibility. Now I am contacting the ombudsman and I wanted to warn everyone to avoid this horrendous clinic, unless you want to burn your money for no reason.

They say there is a mental health crisis. For an institution that says it cares about mental health. They don't. Long term mental health patients are treated like lepers by them. Thrown out like they were worse than the lowest piece of poop in a septic tank. The one thing the doctor taught me was radical acceptance. Because of this institution I accept that I should never trust a PHD or MD ever again. They only want patients that other doctors can prescribe expensive prescription drugs to. My former doctor that I once trusted turned her back on me in a split second. I should have known better than trust a hospital that got fired unvaccinated workers, and denied organ transplants to unvaccinated patients, even though the vaccine has proven not to stop infection or spread of infection. They are not a hospital to me, just a vessel for big pharmaceutical drugs. Which I am glad I quit because those drugs only harmed my health.
