Had a doctor that I trusted for almost 4 years. They changed policies and told me I had to go else where. The doctor that I trusted was unsympathetic when she told me. She didn't care how I took it. That doctor never even told me my diagnosis in that time. The ombudsman while nice, just followed a script written by a lawyer. I can't get back those 4 years. Because of that doctor and the Cleveland Clinic I will never trust a MD or PHD ever again.

Quite a rude service, no empathy and not very helpful from Ashley. As a new company that has signed up for the service, it's not a great first impression at all.

This is about the London UK Branch which is totally disorganised . I eventually with great difficulty about 6 Months ago made an appointment to see my Consultant at the Portland Place Outpatients Dept .For example they are the only US Company that I know that would not accept AMEX. Or that wanted payment when one made the booking as opposed to the the Usual UK Procedure of paying at the time of the visit. Even MacDonald's drive through do not ask for payment until you get your food. They also use their own program for for online consultations rather than ZOOM with which everyone is familiar. The UK clerical staff and receptionist etc are not familiar with their systems and need training they also seem to be overworked more staff are needed.

If you want to experience high quality medical care, become a patient here. My wife and I live in Western NYS, and when we can't receive the care we need here, we drive 4 hours and get it. Patients are treated with respect, and the doctors leave their egos at the door when they go to work. This is what American healthcare should be everywhere!
