Dr. Molly DeWitt-Foy scammed me out of $400 for EDS treatment. She assured me it would work and after a week of following her directions and taking the pills she sent I was improving but then she said she wanted $200 more to finish the treatment. Classic case of bait and switch. Do NOT and I repeat do NOT engage in business with this scam artist. She started conversing on Facebook messenger then asked me to WhatsApp then she deleted all of our conversations so I wouldn't have proof. I wish I could report her to the American Medical Board.

My husband went to the Cleveland clinic in Avon to see a urologist. Now we are being charged $1,200 for two office visits. It is outrageous what these doctors charge for maybe 10 minutes. From now on I am going to ask how much they charge before appointment. I do not recommend the Cleveland Clinic.

Fighting with the doctors to refill anti-biotics for a sinus infection. Low level anti-biotic that with a 10 day dose, just starts working on day 8. Put in for a refill on the 13th of August with My Chart, NO refill or a reason why not? Contacted Ombudsman and only get an AI worthless non-human. So much world classless care!

Cleveland Clinic is the worst hospital in the world for me. I am a patient with idiopathic intracranial hypertension and I have brain stents. I also suffer from other issues. I called them from another country while I was in a very bad condition, to the secretary of Dr. AhmedToma , a neurologist. She told me about the appointment and asked me: "Do you have scans?" I told her that I only have them on my phone and that I have the reports with me. She told me to come anyway. I paid about 385 pounds it all I have The moment I went into the doctor, he told me that he couldn't do anything without scans. He didn't write me a recommendation, didn't refer me to the ER to assess my condition, and didn't prescribe any treatment. I called the secretariat saying that I want a refund so I can get treatment and see a suitable doctor quickly because I am sick. They refused. Elizabeth Scheiber, DPM I went to her consultation for the first and last time. I suspected a fungus but didn’t have any ingrown nail. She cut a huge part of my nail because she assumed it was ingrown. My nail wasn’t red or inflamed; it just had a dark spot that she ignored because my nail was painted. The worst part was that when I filed a complaint with the Cleveland Clinic, they told me they didn’t care if patients left a bad review, and the final decision was that they believed this lady that I had an ingrown nail when I never did, and to top it off, I ended up with a bill over $200 to pay. I don’t recommend this lady at all. A horrible experience with her and no support from the institution.

Outrages billing - for a 15 minute’check-in’ visit to my cardiologist and a slight change in one of my medications my insurance was billed $913 !!!! How is this possible? It is criminal and explains so much about our unbalanced and horribly greedy systems between healthcare and insurance, pharmaceutical costs, etc . What is being allowed in our country is insane.

Worse hospital in all areas. All agency staff on care side we had to share equipment as they did not have enough standing frames Once admitted all they care about is invoicing. Often had difficulty getting staff to come into a room the bell was ignored or staffing was not sufficient agency staff had no access to care notes so no idea of what’s happened. Had an agency nurse offer a biscuit when it says on the wall no solid food. Awful place any nhs would have been better for care took 3 days and lots of tears to get my daughter bumpers on her bed so she didn’t keep hitting her head. 3 days !

They overflow you with high surprise bills for service you didn't have. Business oriented on leaving you without penny and health.
