Great customer service and hopeful that the device is making a difference to my blocked nose

I haven't used the product but I'm impressed by the customer service department. I ordered Nova Flow because I've had chronic nasal congestion for past 40 years and I'm addicted to using fast acting nasal spray. I know it's bad for me but I really like being able to breathe through my nose. I use it 6-9 times a day. I'll try anything to get off this rebound Rollercoaster to constant congestion. I've scheduled a septoplasty with turbinate reduction and my ENT wants me off everything before surgery. Nova Flow customer service was very kind and sincere in accommodating my recent order request. I don't know if the product works or not but I appreciate the professionalism they've shown me thus far. Jason

The delivery was left in the wrong place and I couldn't find the package. Cleriva immediately refunded me then a neighbour found the package, but Cleriva still refunded me. That's amazing customer relations!

This product. I have been using it daily for about 6 weeks. My husband rarely notices my snoring. I can breathe so much clearer. I bought 2 items in error and I was dreading and putting off contacting Cleriva to ask for a refund because I thought it would be such a hassle but instead the response I got was amazing! They replied straight away to my email. They offered me an immediate refund with no further questions and even without the need to return the original items. Just brilliant! They have restored my faith in on-line shopping!!

I'd love to review the product, but no idea when its arriving - waited over a week.
