I recently purchased the Novaflow and dealt with 'Maddy' throughout who has been nothing short of brilliant and a real credit to the team. Initially our product had taken longer than expected to arrive, Maddy arranged a refund promptly without any delay and advised us to use the product should it arrive. She turned a real stressful situation into a relaxed one. My partner and I have recieved the original Novaflow today. Its made with high quality materials and looks fantastic with all the spare accessories included. I'm not a paid reviewer, but we are truly happy with our first go on the Novaflow this evening. We are hopeful it will assist with our sinus and snoring issues. If you think these guys are in anyway scammers! Trust me they are not. A legitimate company with a real concern and compassion for their customers. I wish Maddy the best of luck and thank the team again for a truly humbling customer service experience that one can hope for with buying a product online. Its 5 * from us. Declan

I have been using the Nova Flow for a few weeks now, and LOVING the easy ten minute therapy sessions. After a few times by day two I had STOPPED taking my allergy pills at night, just to breathe- they had lost their effects and I was really struggling to breathe- waking up gasping some nights still- only to take an Advil sinus pill above the allergy pill I took already!! With the Nova Flow I have stopped taking them all, and started breathing better! It's a life saver 🙌🏼

Maddy was great in providing me fast and courteous customer service in response to the message I sent for Cleriva's NovaFlow. My issue was addressed so that I can continue using the product that has helped me out in breathing in the mornings. 5 stars and thank you so much!

Unfortunately, the device didn't work for me, but this has honestly been such a positive customer experience, it deserves a 5/5. I requested a refund within their return policy time frame, and just a few hours later, Coney contacted me to let me know that it had been processed. Truly a hassle-free return experience. Thank you!

Got back to me each and every time in a very timely manner!!! Fantastic. Resolved my issue right away too!!!! This product, the Novaflow has done wonders for my husband.
