I am sorry to hear that your experience with our company has not been a positive one, as this is never the experience we wish for you to have. Our records indicate that you signed up for a 12 month fixed promotional rate, which was ending. As per your terms and conditions, we mailed out a renewal offer to you for review (prior to contract expiration), should you wish to remain with CleanChoice for another 12 months. This offer may be accepted or rejected, with no commitment. Your renewal offer included a price difference of $0.05 cents per kWh, which does not reflect the 3X increase as claimed. We do receive new rate plans every month, based on the market, and are always available to review plan options with our customers at any time. Please note, at no time were you on a variable rate, nor were you offered a variable rate at renewal. Your current contract was coming to an end, and the agreed upon price for 12 months was expiring. A review of your account also reflects you were able to speak to our customer experience team to successfully resolve your issue. Thank you for the time in which you supported clean energy with us. I am sorry to hear that your experience with our company has not been a positive one, as this is never the experience we wish for you to have. Our records indicate you contacted us regarding a missing promotion you claimed to have not received. To make this right, we reissued a additional complimentary gift card to you at our expense. We later received a second inquiry that you did not receive the replacement as well. Further investigation with our gift card vendor confirmed the cards had been received and used. At this time, due to the account being 90+ days in arrears, the account has been closed and your electricity supply has been returned to the utility as your default supplier.
