Debora, Thank you for reaching out to us online. I am sorry to hear your experience was not a positive one, as this is never the experience we wish for you to have. CleanChoice does not offer credits to supply charges. Instead we are a choice to consumers, for those that wish to use us as a third party electric supplier of clean energy. This is a solution for many consumers who don't want to support pollution created by dirty fossil fuels (traditional energy). Our customers come to us to help support the environment. They enjoy a lot of flexibility with our rate plans because we allow them to shop rates with us at anytime or cancel without any penalties. Please know, we take all feedback seriously and will look into the details you have shared with us. The situation you described is not how our salespeople are trained to conduct business, as our signups require a signature as well as some account identifying questions in order to even be able to complete an enrollment. CleanChoice has an A rating with the BBB and customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance. Please feel free to reach out to us if you should have any further questions or concerns. Thank you Lawrence for reaching out to us regarding your CleanChoice Energy account. I am sorry to hear that your experience with our company has not been a positive one, as this is never the experience we wish for you to have. Our records indicate you attempted to sign up via our website seven times with a variety of email addresses. Most recently, the enrollment attempt included incorrect account information, caused the enrollment to be rejected. PECO recently has gone through an account number format change and they no longer use account numbers for enrollment. Instead an Electric Choice ID number must be used. Each signup attempt was a request to update your same account with us, and at no time were three accounts ever in affect. The eighth enrollment attempt was a call placed to our In House Sales Team to assist. Reviewing your account, I do show you were able to speck with our customer experience team that was able to resolve your issue. While they were successfully able to assist you in enrolling with the proper information, we did cancel the signup per your request. At this time, no account is currently in effect with CleanChoice Energy. Thank you for the time you supported clean energy with us.
