I was looking to get a TeamSpeak server going for my club in League of Legends and ended up stumbling upon Clanwarz - I felt like using a custom domain I'd purchased but wasn't quite sure where to start. I'd noticed the 'Live chat' at the bottom right, and thought I'd give it a try! The representative immediately went way above and beyond what I'd dealt with in the past with support chat - They linked up to my computer using TeamViewer (A widely used & trusted remote connection tool) and from there they did absolutely everything to get me set up without me lifting a finger. That's great & professional customer service if I've ever seen it. I'm absolutely impressed with the quality of service I received, and I'd definitely recommend Clanwarz to anyone who's looking for hosting.

I've been using clanwarz to host my teamspeak server for almost a year now and I pretty much got no problem. The only time I couldn't connect the server, I posted a ticket and they instantly solved the issue. Furthermore, an administrator didn't hesitate to personnaly help me setting up my new csgo server. Indeed, he actually came on teamspeak and spent an hour explaining me everything in details ! Very good service and excellent costumer service, that's what I got from clanwarz.

So far I've opened 2 support tickets both of which were answered within 5 minutes. The second time it was one of the owners and he connected to my teamspeak server and helped me figure out what was wrong. I definitely recommend Clanwarz !

Clanwarz.com is simply the best teamspeak server provider in the region. They offer an entire control panel within their website where you have full control of your teamspeak 3 server. In addition to this, the prices are very reasonable and cheap. Throughout my use of their servers, I have experienced minimal to zero downtime and AMAZING customer service. What other site immediately reply's to your support ticket and offers to rectify your problem immediately? In all honesty, you can't go wrong renting any server from these guys.

First of all i contacted live support and asked some questions about the servers, i got at test server to see how the ping and stuff was and it was great. I then decided to buy a server and the service was just awesome, every question i had got answered they even set the server up and installed the configs, and mods i requested. Will definitely keep my servers here! 5/5

This company has the worst customer service ever. I think it's run by one single person. I ordered and couldn't figure it out. I tried to do an "Live Help" but that was for purchases only. I continued my research online and someone called me and asked me to put in a support ticket. So I did. Thought we got it all worked out and sorted even though I was extremely flustered. Next day I woke and I couldn't log in as anything but guest. When I messaged to ask if the server location change also changed my password they cancelled me without any conversation. So, I called the number on the cancellation receipt. It took 3 calls before I could even understand him, it was very fuzzy. Then when he finally got on the phone I inquired as to why I got an email stating I received a full refund. He said, "We felt a refund was in order because being an admin is too complicated for you." What? Then I got onto the site and messaged the "Live Help" button again and asked what happened. This is what led me to believe one person runs this whole thing. They didn't reply, they just closed the chat. There was no issue with me yelling at someone on the phone because I had no idea how to call them until I got the cancellation notice. I did not grief him or stress him in any way other than ask for help understanding what I was doing. Obviously he only allows easy clients. This is America so he has that right but you should list that on your webpage so new users don't try to buy a service you refuse to offer. So in closing, I only recommend this company if you already know everything there is to know about Teamspeak because they do not offer customer support to anyone who actually needs it. Really? You are gonna call me at home and yell at me for posting a bad review? Either provide better communication and manners or deal with the negative perspective people with feel required to share. Do NOT call me again

Clanwarz prides itself on providing the information and support for new and seasoned users to host their own voice or game server. Between our live support, premium administration time and our extensive and ever-expanding knowledgebase, our customers have everything they need to run their own server in the manner they chose. We have never, nor will we ever, call a customer and yell at them for anything. Not only is that bad customer service, but in a world where Youtube, Vimeo and Liveleak exist, it's incredibly stupid from a business standpoint. The customer was called 3 times, and at no point, were they "yelled" at. The truth is, after using about an hour and a half of staff time and after they were informed about the different options for their Teamspeak, this customer insisted on continuing to edit their server groups and spamming our live chat with further requests for support - all of which were answered in our first correspondence with them. Clanwarz is run by gamers, the same people we service, and so when we get a new customer we are just excited about their new server as they are. However, with our network, we can't spend unpaid time walking someone through every step of setting up a server when we make it as easy as possible through our knowledgebase and automated control panel. If the customer wanted paid administration time, we would be happy to oblige, but they refused this offer. In the end, we felt it was better for us and for the customer that they run with a company better adept at handling their specific needs. This customer was given a full refund.
