DISGRACEFUL!!! This company is completely diabolical!!! An outrage!! Within 3 days, this is my 3rd review as they tell me to delete them and they will give me my service back! WELL NO THEY DID NOT!! So.. I bought a teamspeak a few days ago and it was that bad i could not even upload icons!!! So.. i asked for a refund, they said no and other services say yes! So... i charged back and then they instantly closed my service and IP banned me without refunding me, i escalated the case for a claim to PayPal and i put a review in. They were mad and upset and they said i can use there service if i delete the review XD so i deleted the review and they still had me IP banned and they said 'have a good weekend' To everyone.. Please do not use this service, not a welcoming company, do not treat there customers with respect and lack with intelligence

Called me on the phone and walked me through everything I needed to know. Even showed me how to do other goals on ts with tv... great service

We bought TS3 server and today we bought CS:GO server from the same company. CW Support guy wanted to join our teamspeak and talk with us, for 1-2 hours he was there with us telling us what to do and for me he showed what to do and how to change things etc. Because im controlling our servers. I am not great at reviews but I will say that I just started using this company about three months ago. Their services were great as well as their customer service. The customer service responded to me very fast and fixed my issue. I couldn't be more happy with the company and as long as I can continue to have fun with my friends I won't be leaving the company any time soon.

We received amazing support and I’ll just want to share it! Clanwarz is usually quite prompt when I start a support ticket. I did not expect to call me so don’t be surprise if that happen! They know their business in and out! Please don't be fooled by the other companies. Clanwarz gives you control on what you want to achieve. I didn't have that at other companies that was hosting my servers. Great and fast support, as any good clan would need it when its needed! Definitely We recommend this wide ranged game server renting company for anyone who is interested! The best, most accurate customer service we've ever seen. Best Provider on the market that’s for sure! Their services they offered, as far as I could see, always low latency and the server is rather stable! The best part is working with the administration. Those guys are incredible, they even fulfilled my request for moving the server to a different location because we wanted to get a better ping for our server. I really have to be honest about the performance of the Customer Service-Department of Tech Support, which name is Jay Vasallo; he has been very professional and kind and his help has been crucial in the resolution of the issue we've experienced in moving the server to a different location that had large custom content like CustMaps and few mods. Being able to keep all the custom data for my daughter and my son made a big difference, we are really happy with the short time your customer service department -Tech Support has dealt with our ticket. First of all I have never tested such good quality servers as these ones they offer in CSGO. They are maybe just a few euros more expensive than other pages, but I can say it is worth. Playing in these servers has nothing to be with playing in Faceit ones or MatchMaking, it is difficult to explain, but easy to see. The interface and the control panel are awesome and easy to use. The support is one of the fastests (or the fastest) I have ever seen, and it is impeccable. They are really really friendly and they make you feel "secure", because you know if something happens to the server, and you do not know what to do, you will get helped as soon as possible. I use the server only to play scrims (clan wars). If I have to spend my money in a server, I will always buy this one. I can rate this all in 10/10

Love the pricing and the quick customer service!

I contacted the support team because i messed with my settings and could login in. Within 10 mins they responded and helped me fix my problem fast. They also gave me tips to make sure future problems wouldn't occur.
