They paid for what they promised!
They gave me a confirmation when the order was received, and paid what was promised. To have that integrity is good for any business, and CKY has my trust :)

Overall great experience
The process was simple and fast. They provided me with a free shipping label and immediately emailed me once they received my book. No other companies I have dealt with when selling my textbooks email me letting me know my book has been received. I always have to track down the order myself, so this was a nice change! Within a day the book was inspected and I was paid. Overall it was a great experience!

Fast payment
This website is great! I mailed the books to them for free. I got an email that they received my books like 5 days later. The next day they emailed me saying they were inspecting it. The next day I got paid through PayPal. Very easy and very fast. Will do business with them again!

Good, but could always be better
My experience was good, but i did have to email the company to find out what was goinf on with my shipment, so just letting your customer know whats going on Would make it efficient

I am sorry you found our communication lacking, we have to balance what we send so as not to spam our customers with endless emails. I checked your order for you to see if maybe something did not get sent for your order. Our system sent you five emails that pertain to the different order statuses. If you did not receive any of those you might want to check your CKY account to make sure we have the right email address, possibly your spam filters are blocking us, those are generally the two reasons for emails not being sent.
