My review
Pros: everything was processed quickly and I was informed throughout the entire process. Cons: $13 was taken off of the money I got back from selling my book just because there was a slight tear on the cover as well as stickers that were there when I bought the book. The inside of the book had no tears, no highlights, no underlines, yet I was still docked a good portion of the price that was first offered. A little bit of a bummer since the important part (the inside) was in prime condition.

Hi Cara. I am sorry your experience with us was did not warrant a five star review. We try very hard to do the best we can and buy every book that we can buy, as long as it meets our condition guidelines. When we receive a book that has a torn cover we will either not purchase it or we will reduce the payment amount by 30%, depending on the severity of the issue. A book with a torn cover does not qualify as an item in "GOOD CONDITION" - at best it can be sold as acceptable. great service
My order was inspected super quickly and I received my payment the next day. Great place to sell your textbooks to. Also gave me a higher price than any other website and stuck with their quote.
