I was extremely satisfied with every aspect of CKY Books. CKY Books gave me the best buy back prices for my old textbooks. Shipping was made easy with printable prepaid shipping labels. The processing time from receipt of my books to the deposit of funds into my Paypal account was very quick. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

There was a bit of disagreement regarding the condition of the novel entitled "S". I opened the seal & read some of it. I lost interest early on & elected not to read any further. I did not, personally, damage or tear any pages. CKY Books did reverse their decision & issued me the initial amount quoted, but, the whole experience left me with a negative opinion.

Hi Diane, I am sorry for the misunderstanding. In order to best serve you and avoid any animosity we chose to simply pay you the initial amount quoted. I have reviewed our records and the book we received did not meet our quality guidelines. This can happen for many reasons; when we receive it in one condition and it was sent in a different condition, then the book was damaged in transit. We have very good packaging guidelines on our website to help prevent damage during transit, however sometimes incidents do happen and we were happy to help you get the amount you expected. I am sorry that this left you with a negative impression of our service. If there is anything we can do for you to improve your opinion please don't hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected] We hope you will choose our service again in the future.

Although I was skeptical at first, I had heard great responses from others about selling back textbooks! I saw the CKY Books was offering the most $$ for my books so I chose to use their website over others such as Amazon or Cheggs. I was amazed at how fast the whole process was! Not only did you not have to pay for shipping, but they sent you emails during each step of the process! Before I even knew it, the check came in the mail and I deposited it in my bank account! I will be using CKY Books in the future, and I recommend you do the same!
