Order the item 3/15 Received the item on 3/26 Then they delivered the wrong item. Really! Today is April 1 still no answer Still don’t have the right Frame. Do you have the the right item? I was supposed to order $1000 of items bmx parts. I’m from Long Beach- your in Huntington Beach. Wanted to help your business. Now! I ordered them at another Web site. Just wait for a Frame

I just received my Crew District Track Bike 2019, and started assembling it. I noticed that the right crank has absolutely no thread to install my right pedal. Completely smooth. It looks like they forgot to thread it in the warehouse. I called my local bike shop, and they stated that because it is on the right side, I need the crankshaft replaced. I have contacted City Grounds, and am awaiting a response. Once this issue is resolved in a timely manner, I will change this review to 5 stars. *** Update Customer service responded very promptly and shipped a new crank arm in no time at all. Additionally, the bike rides great.

Excellent Customer Service! I recently ordered a BMX race bike from City Grounds. I received the bike a week later (in Pennsylvania - fast shipping!) and everything was in good condition. I discovered the crank set on the bike was not the correct one that was supposed to be on the bike. I contacted CG via email with pictures (as per their directions) and received a prompt response that they would contact the manufacturer. A new set of cranks was immediately shipped out. Upon receiving them the manufacturer didn't send the bottom bracket. Again, another email and pictures and within the same day CG responded that a new BB set would be shipped out from the manufacturer. Neither of these issues were the fault of CG but they stepped up and made things right (as did the manufacturer). Mistakes happen but how they're handled speaks volumes. Will definitely deal with City Grounds again! Thank you CG!

I ordered a big ripper bike for my son and we got it in no time and he is riding it and popping wheelies like crazy city grounds is fire

I'm currently having an issue with them. I purchased an expensive bike for my son, on March 4th, the status of my order remains "unfulfilled", no tracking numbers or anything. I emailed them at least 4 times asking about the status, due to the site stating it takes 3-4 days to update the status, and it has been well over that time frame. I received an email with a bunch of stars "*******" nothing more. I have tried to call several times, it says no one is available to take my call. Has anyone else experienced these issues with them? I'm getting seriously frustrated with the lack of communication!!!!
