Its the best bike i ever had

The bicycle arrived with serious quality issues and required extensive repairs to operate correctly. This bike was not “90% assembled”. It was slapped together with no consideration given to the manufacturing defects encountered along the way (cross threaded holes, missing bolt holes, improper frame clearance, etc.). This was brought to the attention of City Grounds customer service who offered to reimburse me for an inner tube since one tire wouldn’t hold air right out of the box (I patched the tube so there was no receipt to reimburse). No offer was made concerning the many other issues. I would warn anyone to avoid buying from City Grounds unless they are prepared for quality issues. I suspect this bike may have been a return or factory second rather than an actual retail Marin product. Customer service didn’t seem at all concerned that City Grounds had shipped a bike in such poor condition, so I assume this is par for the course when buying from them.

Good products! Nothing ever comes broken or damaged ! But above all the customer service is exemplary

Bike arrived without pedals. Called support and they said no problem, just send an email to us with the serial number. Sent the email and then was asked for a picture of the completed bike. Sent the pic and was told I'd have to wait for a claim they were sending to DK Bikes. I didn't want to wait that long for pedals, so I told them that wouldn't work. Then they offered a $25 credit in house which I turned down since I won't be shopping there again. This was my 3rd purchase in 3 months. Never again. I left 3 stars because the other bikes were fine, but took a little longer on delivery than I'd expect.

Overall great experience. Good parts and service. Shipping seem a lil high though. But it is what it is.

It was shipped soon after I purchased. Received the bike in perfect condition. It was easy to put together. I’ve gotten many compliments on the look of the golden cycle. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a fixie.
