We are required to get the results of a claim once filed prior to issuing out any form of reimbursement as there is still a chance the package gets routed to you. Purchase a Haro kids bike for my 3 year old. Got immediate order confirmation and the bike was shipped the next day and arrived the following day. Well packaged and everything was in the box. A little light assembly and tuning and we are all set. Painless.

I spent $759 total only to have the front fork installed backwards and the front brake line not secured to the clip on the fork. I was not happy having bought my daughter this bike.

Hi George, We are sorry to hear of the troubles experienced. As stated on site, we recommend bikes to be assembled by a mechanic once recieved. This is both to ensure the warranty is in full effect and user error does not occur during assembly. Although a bike may appear preassembled upon receiving, in many cases they are installed by the manufacturer just for shipping purposes and require to be adjusted, tightened, and checked before the first ride.
