I don’t have much interaction with the company except when I order online. The products arrive in a timely manner and I don’t have to reach out to find where my purchase is like I do with other companies.

I am a 69 yr old female. I've never liked my lips. I've always thought they were too thin. I've tried other lip plumpers and actually liked their texture better than City Lips. Besides not seeing any results, I found it thick and goopy. I gave it 3 stars because it was easy to cancel my subscription.

When I received my first order, it was incomplete. I called customer service and they could not have been more helpful. Customer Service issues are opportunities, not problems, and I was pleasantly surprised that City Lips seems to understand that.
