Complete Scam, the product and the service. Appalling!

I am a find anything facial junkie and ive tried every product even Meanigful Beauty Clinique, Murad and so much more I have found two products that did work the first was No.7 line and wrinkle filler loved that saw amazing results but then one day I came across City Beauty watched the video and thought well why not try it ive ordered everything else!!!! And within a week WOW!!!!!!! the results were Amazing!!!!! I will never buy another facial cream again I love this cream!!!! it is just amazing how well this cream works! I canceled my membership with Meaningful Beauty and tell everyone that I know about City Beauty!!!!

My order has never arrived and when I sent several emails to support they never replied (only automated email). The order number link they sent was not working either. They asked to enter the order number UM125105061US but when entered I recived an error “An error occured. Please check if your shipment barcode is correct and try again.”

Below is my latest email to them: I am so sick of your rubbish automated responses. As stated many times before I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE FULL ORDER! Of the 2 order numbers quoted in your automated reply I have received 1 - UM124841158US. Your tracking number says it is in Auckland however it has been delivered. The second order number UM124841144US I have not received. This order says it is still in the US in the tracker. I have however received a different order - UM124837184. Each order I received contained 1 lip stick. The original order was for 2 lipsticks and 3 plumpers. As previously stated and posted in your comments thread on instragram – (which you have deleted rather than have anything negative there): I have sent many emails.I have received only automated responses.I have tried phoning you - phone message says 35 minute wait but you never answer.I have tried on line chat - puts you in queue for up to an hour and disconnects you half way through so you have to start again and never get anywhere. 100% dissatisfied customer.I have received the 2 lipsticks. I just want to know where the 3 lip plumpers that I ORDERED AND PAID FOR are. If I do not receive a personal response I will post the above on every post you make on instagram and facebook.

I am disgusted with this company. I spent $200 last November (8th) for Christmas presents as I have cancer and was unable to make it to the shops. Up to now I have received zero goods and customer services aren't contacting me back. If I do not get a reply I will take this legal as this is just not acceptable and I will ensure that this companies reputation is not left intact after this disgraceful service.

Be careful they charged for 3 different products . Tried to get in touch by email 3 times and I stayed on phone 2 hoursi I like cancel entire order. Very frustrated and disappointed

This is the first time I have ever written a review about a product but I feel so strongly about the false advertised results of using InvisCrepe Balm that I feel compelled to warn other potential customers. This product does NOT work. I purposefully tried it one just one arm so I could compare the results. After months of using the product there was ABSOLUTELY NO difference. It is very unfortunate that a company like City Beauty is held accountable for false advertising. SHAME ON YOU CITY BEAUTY!!

I purchased City Beauty Multi-Action Sculpting Cream several months ago and have used as directed every day. I have noticed no difference in my skin, except some pimples appearing occasionally. It is very greasy and is not absorbed and seams to lay on the surface of my skin. I am am over 53 and I do not expect miracles, I just expected the texture of my skin to improve and fine lines to be less obvious. I didn't expect the skin to tighten, as promised in the advertising, but I did expect some small improvement. I purchased 2 jars to save money and instead, I just wasted money. I would have been better off buying another jar of Derma-e, which works better, especially if you use a derma roller. Save your money.
