Pre-paid for airport transfer in Barcelona to hotel. After exiting customs, looked for City Discovery pick up representative, no one to be found. Grabbed all my luggage and went to terminal 2B with free shuttle as suggested by City Discovery if no Rep waiting. There Rep in Barcelona is Euro Bus, I went to there desk and waited. There customer service said they waited 1 hour for me at other terminal and i was a no show, this was a complete lie. They then said i would have to wait 4 more hours for next shuttle, i asked for refund and they referred me back to City Discovery. I emailed and tried to call City Discovery, no response. This company sucks and has zero intention of retaining customers. I will make very effort to expose the poor reliability and customers service provided by this company. Stay away from this company, they will ruin your vacation and make very upset.

BE CAREFULL WITH CITY DISCOVERY!!! people going to London and thinking in buying city trips Do no do it with City Discovery they are scammers! They take your money don't send you de Voucher and then avoid any complaint about it or delete comments from their page. Be careful whit them!

Compre un tour en Londres a través de Citi Discovery, al poner el correo electrónico donde debían enviarme el bono cometí un error. Llamé por teléfono al número que ponía en su pagina web para dar el correo correcto y después ellos me llamaron a mi móvil y a un teléfono fijo para confirmar el correo correcto. El resultado fue que nunca recibí el bono, no disfruté el tour, me cobraron 292 euros, y ahora dicen que no tienen constancia de que se les haya notificado el error del correo electrónico. Pero por desgracia si que llega su publicidad al correo electrónico correcto.

we booked a tour in barcelona with pickup from hotel, skip the line and guided tour in sagrada familia with tower visit. 2 days before we got an email, no pickup because semana santa. there were no streets close, so we paid for something that we couldn´t use. and its a bad behaviour to demand money for something that city discovery won´t perform. we couldn´t take part at the guided tour because we had tickets for the towers, first we almost shouldn´t get tickets for the towers although we paid for the tickets. we insisted and got the tickets. barcelona is a beautiful place but city discovery is a really bad experience don´t do this event with city discovery!!!!!!! contact with the customer service is very unfriendly!!!! never again city discovery

Ich habe vor einer Woche eine Tour gebucht. Bis heute keine Bestätigung und trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage auch keinerlei Reaktion. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Lamentable. J'ai réservé et payé un transfert aéroport à Perth. Le chauffeur n'est jamais venu. Impossible de contacter les numéros de téléphone donné sur le voucher, car ils ne correspondaient à rien. Impossible de joindre le service client. 2 heures d'attente pour finalement devoir payer un taxi. Je suis toujours après 3 semaines en conflit avec eux pour obtenir dédommagement. Service lamentable. A fuir.

I have booked a one day tour from Zurich to Mt. Pilatus in July. The views from Mt. Pilatus were great and the weather was also very nice, however three things ruined the atmosphere of the tour right in the beginning. First, after standing for 15 min in a queue in +28C heat to validate the voucher, we got on the bus at 9.15am. We were pleading with the driver to turn the air conditioning on, but it was only done at 9.35am when we left Zurich. Secondly it took almost 2.5 hours to get to Lucerne as we were dropping off one couple for another adventure (the return trip was just 1 hour). Because of it, we had limited time in Lucerne, only 35 min. There was also no toilet break on the way down. To all our questions about the toilet stop, our guide Evelyn would reply: When we get to Lucerne, or can you wait? We had so many children on the bus and children cannot wait. We were finally dropped off at the shop which had a few toilets upstairs and a long queue. There was hardly any time to buy lunch, but not to eat it. Many families ended up eating on a bus to Kriens. A tip. Use the toilet just before boarding the bus and take your lunch with you. Also Viator has the same tour but longer free time in Lucerne. P.S. I have booked a semi private tour with the company on June 15th 2015 for June 19th. They have confirmed my booking the same day for 170 Euros. I have travelled to Paris on June 18th. In the evening of June 18th, less then 15 hours before my planned event, I have received an email from the company, that the "tour is already sold out", although it was confirmed 3 days prior. Needless to say I had not had an opportunity to rebook something for the following morning. Unacceptable customer care - they did not even answer the phone when I called them, they hung up - and unprofessional team. Avoid this company unless you don't mind being jerked around in the last minute.
