Michael drove my husky from California to South Carolina with less than a days notice! He kept in contact with me everyday and sent me pics. He even got him his own bed at the hotels. I would recommend Michael to everyone!! Thank you so much for bringing him to me safe and sound!! 🐾

I don't live in the US but still needed…
I don't live in the US but still needed a transport for a pet from OH to TX and it was very easy to find different options for the transportation I needed. The fact that it's all gathered in a single platform makes it more comfortable and trustworthy.

The overall experience was fine
The overall experience was fine. The bid process was great. Our shipper (winning bidder) was great. The Citizenshipper fee schedule needs to be front and center and easy to find, instead of where it sits now...hidden, and link to a page from another page (no the main page). It feels almost like you are trying to hide your fees. Or perhaps just include an algorithm to include your fees on top of this bids, so that there is clear transparency on what a consumer should expect to pay.
