I tried requesting a refund because my shipper did not show up. I sent an email and never received anything back. I disputed the charge with my credit card company to retrieve my payment.

Boat/Florida to Maine
I wanted to move my 23 ft boat from Vero Beach, Florida to Boothbay Harbor, Maine, but had no trailer, truck, etc, so I searched the internet and found Citizen Shipper. Within a day or two of filling out and submitting the information form, I had about a dozen bids. I selected a bid based on amount and reviews, and began communicating with the company through the CS website. Eventually, on the appointed date, the driver arrived and towed the boat to Boothbay Harbor, arriving a day early. All I can say is that everything worked perfectly. I definitely recommend CS.
