I received many quotes and messages for transporting my new puppy. So many people were kind and personal which helped me feel more comfortable transporting her. Though there were a few I felt I would have felt completely comfortable in going with, I ended up going with Travelin’ Tails and have no regrets. They were wonderful and kept me up to date by sharing GPS and sending pics of my new pup whenever they stopped. Citizenshipper made this so easy.

Your rates are a bit outrageous. The website is clunky and not user-friendly. Website should have the ability to delete quotes that I'm not interested in. I am happy, though, that I found someone to transport my pet, at a decent rate.

Great experience with Caroline of Prospect Logistics! She was very helpful and scheduled the transport quickly and efficiently. Would not recommend I Delivery however for the actual shipping. Poor communication and attitude towards their customers.

Wonderful experience. I loved being able to compare bids and reviews of transporters. Easy to book. Citizen Shipper made the stressful situation of getting our new puppy easy and comfortable.

i was very happy to find Citizen Shipper for transporting a boat. There was a substantial savings compared to commercial transporters. My only negative comment is the fee is based on distance and i had to pay the maximum fee of $750 due to the length of travel. Maybe the scale needs a little adjustment or some type of flat fee schedule versus a distance related fee schedule.

Citizen shipper connected me with to at least 20 shippers who submitted bids. Loved my shipper. She was great with my little dog and when I panicked about shipping my little love she calmed me down. Absolutely loved Bubbies Transport.

I never knew there was a service called pet transport. Someone mentioned it because they transported their pets from NJ to NM. I happened upon CitizenShipper by Google search. I'm glad I did. I completed questionnaire and was connected with several businesses. These businesses bid for your job. All the businesses are verified and USDA certified and/or their certificate may be pending. They have profiles which you can read and discover who they are. You can read reviews and connect with them asking questions. It took the guess work out of trying to choose randomly off the web! CitizenShipper eliminated the guesswork! You pay a fee to CitizenShipper for their service. It is well worth it! The business I chose did an excellent job, OOTO Enterprises.

Thank you so much. I was able to have my dog driven to me in Nashville. It was the perfect experience. Our driver kept great contact and was so amazing to my dog. I recommend The Bohemian Nomads highly!
