Connection was great!
Thru CitizenShipper i was connected to Twinstate Transport, who in turn did 5 star job at transporting my 3 animals from Dallas to Seattle in the heat of the summer. From my porch to the airport cargo center where they handed everything including onsite paperwork. They are amazing. Thanks for the connect.

I like the company and the idea…
I like the company and the idea however, I though the delisting for booking would go to the driver. The deposit of $109 dollars went to the company which added to my fee.

Delaney was wonderful
Delaney was wonderful. She took great care of Apollo, our Great White Pyrenees from SW Ohio to Orlando. Great updates to put us at ease during the trip. GPS tracking as well. I don’t know how it could have been any better.

The whole process was flawless from start to finish. They picked up.and dropped off on time and took care of our dog as if he was their own.

It was a great experience
It was overall a great experience. I feel like I was able to get quite a few drivers to see the listing. I got my first "bites" within hours of posting the listing. I gotfar more interest from shipping personel from this website as opposed to other pages with similar content. I had tried for a while before coming upon citizen shipper, using other large shipping company sites. It was easy to set up the listing and to communicate with drivers. I was able to pick the driver after a decent back and forth. The platform is quite professional and easy to use. I would use them again.
