It was painful in the beginning
It was painful in the beginning, bombarded with so many quotes at once, trying to read everybody reviews wondering if it there's or not, but we went with our gut and chose the 166's, our communication was positive and refreshing once everyone was on board, thanks for the relationship with the 166's from here out.

Setup on Citizen Shipper wasn't bad
Setup on Citizen Shipper wasn't bad, though the interface could use some improvement. Shipper was fine and did an excellent job. Red flag with reviews are cancellations - some transporters take lot of jobs hoping to combine them, but if they can't match you up with another load, they never cancel, and never voluntarily refund any payments, they just stall and try to disappear. Always pay with credit card through PayPal or similar - if service is not provided, you are legally entitled to a refund.
