Monique, our transporter of our cats was very pleasant and prompt. We were shipping them from the Puget Sound area to Arkansas. Having never shipped animals before, Monique helped us by giving us some guidance as to what type carriers to choose and other things we might need, Apparently everything went well, she released them to investigate the hotel rooms where she stayed along the way and they arrived safe and sound. I would recommend Monique.

Well, it pays to be familiar with the booking agent Citizen Shipper when things go wrong with the drivers. I did not do that, and I was counting on my previous drivers to come through and they did not. It would have helped if I could have talked with someone immediately on the phone, instead just like other companies I go through social media instead. In an emergency this is not very reassuring. Never the less, CS was very prompt on email, and I was able to book a new driver within an hour. The couple was top notch and very reasonable, and I found a superior pet transport company to boot, although painful. I had to re- book flights, pay for extra nights at a motel, etc.

Dear Dave, thank you for sharing your feedback. That sounds very frustrating, and I’m sorry you had this experience. Please understand that this unfortunate situation was an exception. Customer satisfaction, safety and security always come first for our team. We work hard to provide exceptional value through background checks, our driver-matching services and careful ID verifications. Again, I apologize that your experience with us fell short of your expectations. Rest assured that we take all customer feedback very seriously. We’re here listening with the goal to continually improve our support and services. Please email [email protected] if I can be of further assistance.
