everyone I had to deal with, from the administration to the driver was wonderful and professional. My Erika was delivered right to my door, she was calm relaxed and obviously had a pleasant ride from PA to FLA ..

Peace of Mind for a 1,300 Mile Pet Transport
My two cats, Mimi and Henry, are family. Sam T took exceptionally good care of them on the long journey from Florida to Connecticut. Sam provided regular updates and included photos so I could see that my two cats were doing just fine. He showed up to pick them up as scheduled, and I was able to coordinate easily for their arrival in Connecticut. This is EXCELLENT service that I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone looking to transport their furbabies anywhere.

Cross-country pet shipping made easy, safe and fast!
Sharon was hands down one of the best decisions I made during this whole process. She was quick to communicate, flexible with pickup in Austin TX, and actually delivered Hunter to Washington state ahead of schedule. You can tell she genuinely cares about the animals in her care, and that made me feel completely secure in my choice. Sharon is trustworthy, dependable, and clearly loves what she does. She is the real deal. Trusting someone with your pet across that many miles is nerve wracking, but Sharon put me at ease from our very first conversation! I would absolutely book her again and recommend her to anyone needing pet transport!

Tany, it's great to know that Sharon made such a long journey from Austin, TX to Washington feel easy with her communication, flexibility, and genuine care. Trusting someone with your pet isn't always easy, so knowing Sharon made you feel confident from your very first conversation is especially meaningful. We're glad CitizenShipper helped you find a transporter who was the right fit, and we truly appreciate your recommendation!
