The people that delivered my dog were…
The people that delivered my dog were phenomenal and did an amazing job. Everything from communication to pictures was above and beyond my expectations so I appreciate them. The problem I have is the fee that I had to pay just to get their information and use them. It is extremely excessive to have to pay hundreds of dollars just to be able to find the person to ship my animal. And before you tell me what you feel is a justified service for the price, you can never convince me that it is an acceptable amount. I could hire directly to the carrier and save myself a couple hundred dollars that could go to the person actually taking care of my animal.

‼️ WARNING. Do Not use SHA PET TRANSPORTATION
Warning. Do not use SHA Pet Transportation. I would give the zero stars if it was possible. I hired her recently to transport my pets. A drive that should have been 10 hours they took almost 24 hours. All that trip two of my dogs were sitting on the front seat floor of their car. My cats were placed in small bags where they couldn’t even stand up and they simply threw the cat litter in those small bags with them. They were never given water the entire 24 hours. They were so dehydrated when they arrived that my big dog ran to look for a toilet to drink water. I cried to see the condition in which my cats traveled in and to see my 3 dogs were never strapped for safety. This company charges you up front so that when they do the horrible job they don’t risk not getting paid. At that when I tried to complain to them about what they were doing they threatened to leave my pets stranded so I had no choice to just wait. This was a living nightmare and I’m looking for a way to get my money back for the suffering they caused to my pets. Please don’t put your poor pets through this with these people. When you call them to hire them they promise you they are equipped with everything and have a comfortable van when in fact it’s the opposite. Think about the suffering of your pets if you hire these people.

if you want the best for your pet use this company.
The woman that picked up our dog did a fantastic job of communicating ahead of time letting us know when she would arrive at the pickup location. She was in touch with us every 3 or 4 hours sending us pictures and videos each time they stopped for a potty break carefully fed our dog twice a day. In addition we were able to use live location to see where exactly they were along the way she drove really hard and made unbelievably great time. I would have given her 10 stars if possible, so please don't hesitate to ship your pet with this company or to have them pick up your pet and transport them to your new location, wonderful job Thanks again!
