Justice for KOLDO
UR HORRIBLE JUSTICE FOR KOLDO UR DRIVERS WERE TRANSPORTING HIM MY FRIENDS DOG AND HE WAS DRUG TRAFFICKING DRUGS AND KOLDO WENT MISSING THEN FOUND IN A SHELTER I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE THEY ARE DANGEROUS
Response from CitizenShipperJul 20, 2026
Rosina, we are deeply shocked and incredibly concerned to read this. The safety, security, and well-being of transported pets are absolute priorities, and we take allegations of criminal activity or pet endangerment with zero tolerance. First and foremost, we are relieved to hear that Koldo has been found and is safe in a shelter, but we know how incredibly traumatic this entire experience must be for both you and your friend. Please contact our team immediately at [email protected] with the booking details. We want to help get to the bottom of this right away. Please reach out so we can take immediate action.

Excellent Experience all the way around!
It was very easy to post and get quotes for pet transport on this site. The transporter we chose was FANTASTIC. Great communication, kept in touch via GPS the entire trip and kitty arrived safe and when expected. I would highly recommend CitizenShipper to anyone that need to transport their furbaby!
Response from CitizenShipperJul 20, 2026
Lori, we're so glad the process of finding a transporter was easy and that you found someone who was a great fit for your fur baby. We believe pet owners should have the information they need to make a confident decision, from comparing quotes and reviews to staying connected throughout the trip. It's great to hear your cat arrived safely and right on schedule. Thank you for recommending CitizenShipper.

Great customer service
When I first booked a transporter on the CitizenShipper platform to transport my pet, I thought their route would be more direct. Upon learning after booking that the transporter was actually planning on taking my pet on a much longer route, I had second thoughts. The customer service team at Citizen Shipper made it easy for me to cancel that original booking and transfer my booking fee to a much better transporter option for my dog.
Response from CitizenShipperJul 17, 2026
Thank you for sharing your experience, Lucia. We’re glad our Customer Support team was able to help you make a change and find a transporter you felt more comfortable with for your dog’s trip. We understand how important it is to feel confident when trusting someone with a beloved pet, and we’re happy we could help provide that peace of mind.

I felt a sense of safety and security
I felt a sense of safety and security in knowing that citizen shipper vetted all drivers and made sure they were safe and capable. I found the idea of putting deciding on the bid helpful and liked the idea of having choices. The process seems organized and reputable.
Response from CitizenShipperJul 16, 2026
Kim, knowing our driver vetting process gave you confidence from the beginning is wonderful to hear. We're happy the bidding process felt organized and gave you the flexibility to choose the transporter that was right for you. At CitizenShipper, giving pet parents peace of mind is one of our biggest goals, and we're so glad that came through in your experience.
