Stacey and Mora - Little Paws Empire with Citizen Shipper provided the very best service I could ever expect. They were professional, trustworthy, expert handling with overwhelming kindness. They provided contact through Life 360 all the way and, that was so comforting to see travel in real time. They cared for Mike the cat as if he was their own. In doing so, they took care of me too... If I ever require pet transit in the future - I would only want to have Mora and Stacey's service. They are that good.

Took great care of my baby!

Easy and great result!

I had a very positive experience transporting my pet with A Worthey Ride via Citizen Shipper. They were very responsive to my texts and were very helpful and answered all my questions. Their rate was the best I found on the site also. They transported my pet from Florida to Los Angeles in 2 1/2 days sending me reports and pictures every day. Even the person they picked the dog up from in Florida said the driver was very nice and professional. I definitely would use them again and would recommend them to anyone else.

THEY DO NOT DISCLOSE THEIR FEE until you go to pay and it is presented like a deposit. It is not. It is a fee on top of whatever price you agree to pay. For a $680 delivery the fee was $190. Within seconds I realized this and asked for a refund and they refused. They also cancelled my booking when I explicitly said not to so that the shipper could not cancel on their end in which case I could have gotten my money back. But because they cancelled it before they could, now I I am out $180. All I was trying to do we get my dog home after putting my other dog to sleep after 16 years. These people are scammers and horrible customer service. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THEM. This has nothing to do with any of the independent service providers on the site, only the actual site it’s self. CLARIFICATION: I reached out to their support team within 2 minutes and they have refused to refund me multiple times. They have also stopped responding to me. In fact one of the people I spoke with made it crystal clear that this is a known issue with this website. I have emailed 3 times now since I last heard from their team. No reply, no refund. So please understand that this response of theirs below is BS. They DO NOT care. They got their booking fee, and they are keeping it. DO NOT give them your money.

He did a great job of making me feel safe and secure that my dog was in good hands and taken care of. He communicated very well and sent pictures and videos throughout the trip.

Our driver was absolutely wonderful! She kept us updated throughout the entire trip with frequent messages, photos, and videos, which gave us so much peace of mind. She was patient, caring, and clearly experienced with transporting pets. Our puppy arrived safely, clean, and in great spirits. We truly appreciate the attention and care she provided during the journey. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and compassionate pet transporter. Thank you so much for making this experience stress-free!

We had a tiny 3lb kitten that we needed to have transported from Washington State to Arizona. We looked at many options to bring him home, including making the pickup ourselves. Once I found CitizenShipper, it was a great relief to know I could leave the driving to the professionals! Our driver took great care of our lil fella and sent update texts and pics all along the way! Definitely recommend CitizenShipper if you need help transporting a furry family member!
