David, thank you so much for the review! We're very happy to hear your fur babies arrived safe, happy, and right on time. Peace of mind is everything when moving pets, so we're really glad you had such a great experience. Thanks for trusting CitizenShipper, and we hope to help you out again down the road!
CitizenShipper made the entire process of transporting our dog across the country simple and stress-free. After submitting our request, we started receiving quotes within minutes from qualified transporters. The platform made it easy to compare pricing, reviews, experience, and driver profiles, giving us confidence in our decision.
I especially appreciated the transparency. Driver bios, ratings, transport history, and customer reviews were all readily available, making it easy to choose the right fit. Communication throughout the process was seamless, and there were no surprise fees or high-pressure upsells.
The option to add additional insurance provided even more peace of mind, although the professionalism and thorough vetting of the drivers already inspired confidence.
Overall, CitizenShipper provided a smooth, trustworthy experience from start to finish. If you’re looking for a safe and reliable way to transport a beloved pet, I highly recommend them. Five stars for making what could have been a stressful experience completely worry-free!

Highly recommended!
What a wonderful company. We needed pet transportation for our ten week old Munchkins from Texas to Arkansas, which was a first for us. Our Cattery recommended CS as other customers had used them. We not only appreciated the bids on our job but especially the opportunity to read other customers’ reviews and photos along with the trip length they had. Everything went smoothly and I highly recommend CS for your shipping needs. And I add prompt customer service for any questions.

I liked that CitizenShipper offered several options for me to read profiles and choose who I thought would take good care of our cat. Devin took excellent care of our cat, he communicated very well with me. I really liked the updates along the way and he sent photos so we could see her.
