Response to my questions were timely and the Dr. who took my video call was knowledgeable and took care of my questions to fill my prescriptions right away. Bobby Enright was very kind and patient.

Thorough, really feel like my doctor and I communicated
I’m simultaneously relieved and grateful that I found Circle Medical ! I feel like my Doctor listens and replies with actionable solutions, in a way that I’ve not experienced in a sold 15 years ! I don’t have a lot of concerns, but the ones I have are important to me to address. I was a longtime member of another health plan, the quality of care continued to decline as the costs increased. Circle has been an absolute game changer !

Great Telehealth Appt!
Today was my 1st experience having a telehealth appointment and I had no clue what to expect! I could not have asked for a better physician! Dr. Takaya Jones was super awesome, extremely personable, professional, and very attentive. I felt heard and I am thankful!

They provided a prescription but nobody…
They provided a prescription but nobody would fill it. They fail to tell you many pharmacies will not fill a prescription from out of area providers. Also, was not told about additional charges until AFTER I spoke with them. Provider said she would need to call me back the following day and charged an additional $100. Then I get an invoice for an additional $149 for an appointment I never had. That $149 original appointment ended up costing me $398. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

We understand that given the nationwide medication shortage and strict regulations at many pharmacies, it can be a process to establish yourself. We have a decided prescription support team who you can connect with in our app who can help find a pharmacy and make sure patients are able to get ahold of their prescriptions. The doctor was 10 minutes late & though…
The doctor was 10 minutes late & though the provider made me feel helped, they never sent there medicare referrals.

Great experience with app, virtual process and new PCP
This was my first experience using Circle Medical and their app for a virtual exam. I found it very easy to use, with one exception that I suspect is just a bug (keeps asking for payment info even though I added it, and re-added it), and the appointment went off without a hitch. My new PCP is fantastic. She was very personable, thorough, attentive, and addressed all my concerns. After my appointment I quickly received my appointment summary, notifications of prescriptions sent, and all the follow up items. The process was very straightforward and I really appreciate that. Very happy to have a great new PCP.

Dr. Woodhouse is amazing
I met Dr. Woodhouse today for the first time. I had a wonderful experience. Dr. Woodhouse was so kind, compassionate, and attentive. She was a plethora of knowledge. I am truly blessed to have found Dr. Woodhouse. It is so refreshing to have a Dr. who really listens and cares. I am looking forward to seeing her again. The appointment went so smoothly. The app worked perfectly. Thank you Dr. Woodhouse for everything. See you soon!!!!
