It takes days to hear a response, you can't talk directly to your doctor without booking an appointment. You never talk to the same people, I had a "team" reviewing my records instead of the doctor. I've had adhd diagnosis since I was 12 - medication off and on since I was 18 - extensive medical history with that information - same dosage every month. and yet I was having to pay $60 / appointment for a 30 day supply every single month. Every pcp I've ever had would allow me to receive 3 months before I had to make a follow up. It was not convinient to have to constantly check the chat for conversations days later. I would 100% rather go to an in person PCP.

Hi Daytona, and thank you for taking the time to leaving this thoughtful feedback. We appreciate these comments and will reflect on your experience as we review our processes and see where we can improve. I assure you that any clinical decisions made such as reviewing medical records are done by a provider. Circle Medical also has a practice wide policy that monthly appointments are needed for controlled substance medications, but we do understand that other practices may have different policies. Thank you again for taking the time time to voice your concerns, if you ever have any other feedback that you would like to proceed, please use our secure, HIPAA-compliant app and ask to speak to the Patient Relations team, who will be able to assist you right away.

"Intake appointment" was a handful of questions, a "we will finish this next week" and only took 10 min. Waste of about $100

Hi Matthew, and thank you for taking the time to voice your concerns. Our practice uses a 2 appointment process for many areas of care. The initial appointment is used to establish your medical history, and go over your symptoms and past diagnoses, all to determine what the best treatment plan would be for you. The second appointment is used to confirm the diagnosis and put into action the discussed plan. In this case, I would love the chance to better understand what happened and see what can be done to make it right. If you're able to, please reach out via the chat function of our app and ask to speak to the Patient Relations team, and we'll go from there.

Being able to choose a time that was very convenient and being able to quickly schedule a next day appointment The Doctor was prompt, professional and showed interest in our situation and how to get us thr help we needed as patients.

Dr. Gnegy was professional and knowledgeable while being a caring listener. I felt she based her diagnosis on what I said with no agenda except to help me.

My NP was very attentive and showed a genuine concern for my well being, he gave me facts and advice as to my eating and living habits but did not lecture me as to how I should be living

The interview was not good, only two or three questions were asked to diagnose. How can you diagnose some one by asking two questions. Normally theres a questionnaire of at least 15 -25 questions of in depth questions. You guys charged me $149 for a 3 minute interview, that was useless.
