BEWARE: Double Billing Months Later
BEWARE. Circle charged me at the time of appointments and then charged me for every appointment AGAIN eleven months after the first one I had with them, and six months after my last. Scam, scam, scam. I left after nine months; I only needed their service to continue my prescriptions in between insurances. The physician I had was unprofessional, bringing her religion into the appointments regularly and other behavior and comments that reflected poorly on her practice.

Had my first appointment this morning…
Had my first appointment this morning it was super easy to navigate. My Dr was great! I can’t wait to see her again Monday for my second appointment.

I met with a FNP re sleep
I met with a FNP re sleep - she was very competent and thorough with good converstional tone. She was alert and engaged - it didnt feel less quality than an in person visit but was at the same level of attentiveness. Made the appropriate referrals and ordered a remote sleep study.

Terrible …
The provider is great but my experience with the support staff has been terrible. The customer service is terrible. The response has been terrible. Everything but the provider has been terrible.
