DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Awful. Slow. Ineffective. Twice now I have paid to get a Chinese visa in time for an invited international seminar, paying over $850 each time for "premium service" and overnight prepaid shipping. However, TWICE, as in BOTH TIMES that I have used this service, CIBT has failed to get me a VISA in time for travel. This last time they had 6+ weeks to get it done. However, representatives take an average of 3-4 business days to respond to any emails or even phone calls (if they respond at all), thus I fail to see how any of this is "premium" service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Pick a local travel agency, or apply yourself. I will also be informing my University to STOP suggesting anyone use this company for visa applications in the future.

What I though I was getting for $ 500 AUD was convenience & peace of mind . What I got for $500 AUD was to fill out all my own China applications, upload documents, only to be told days before I was to travel that I must drop off my passport in the city (1h 30min from where I live), pick up my passport from the (1h 30 min from where I live) 3 days later if I wanted to any chance of traveling on my booked and paid for holiday. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE

I'm a business traveller who seeked to use the support of CIBT to obtain a business visa for Thailand. While German citizens (which I am) can travel without Visa for vacation, for business trips it is required. Mid January I have started the application process. - The documents listed to be required were not complete right from the start - The documents submitted manually afterwards were not received, processed or taken care of in any regard - CIBT kept sending email to submit documents that have already been provided three times - Customer service employee hung up on me - Intervention with account management has preliminary helped, but again no response from CIBT on the process Dear Corporations, do not select this company as a service provider of choice unless you want to burden your internal resources and employees with hour long emails, calls and chats leading to nowhere. It is a business risk.

I had a terrific experience with Ramona Borg. Although I had started my application myself and engaged her during the process, she was available at any given time during business hours to assist and check the documents. She was very professional and very comfortable to work with. I received my visa within 2 working days from Sydney application center.

Without a doubt the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. Cant even organise a courier. 3 times I had to book one over the phone. The reason I had to phone is because their online booking platform didnt work. Twice I was given a verbal confirmation over the phone and was told to wait between 0900 and 1600. They couldnt narrow the time down. The first 2 times the courier didnt arrive. So I wasted 2 days sitting at home. Calling CIBT I was told neither one of the first two bookings for the courier were never made. The third time a courier did arrive, at 1630, but wouldnt take my passport and documents as it wasnt in a satchel and didnt have a consignment note attached. I was told by CIBT to put in a A4 sized envelope. I have cancelled my trip to Algeria now. Purely because these clowns are completely incompetent and I am not letting them anywhere near my passport now. Do not have anything to do with these people under any circumstances.

I paid CIBT for help renewing my passport. I never received a followup email w a request for photos or documents. I’ve been on hold for one hour and no one is picking up. I left my call-back number, and no one called me back. This may be a scam.

Visas received promptly, easy process.Good communication. Used CIBT Australia to get Chilean visa. Cost a bit but worth every cent.

No communication. Doesn't reply to emails. Website doesn't work. Had to use a different service after paying them $750. Beware this place is a Scam..............
