Though the entire process was longer than i thought it would, CIBT couldn't have been more helpful making the process so easy. They communicated every step of the way, and my passport was back exactly when they said i would get it. Highly recommend CIBT

The employees at CIBT Visas absolutely go above and beyond helping with any concerns when getting Visas can be so very frustrating. I applied for Visas for China for my husband and myself and it was a nightmare ,YET every single time I called the people at CIBT were helpful and understanding. Kind and considerate, no one left me hanging no one was rushed. Every single person reassured me and answered everyone of my questions. A HUGE shout out to CAROL JONES at the LA office, this women is absolutely amazing and a fabulous person. I cannot say enough about her personal communication skills , I was a nervous wreck and she talked me through a complicated process. She is a true gem and CIBT is very lucky to have her. Another person I truly remember is Darrel, ( Chicago office) another kind and wonderful person. CIBT you employ amazing personnel, Thank you Mary and Jon Green

The process was incredibly helpful in obtaining a China business visa. The visa consultant was very responsive to all my questions, and the CIBT team met my turnaround time needs for urgent travel. I've been a CIBT customer for over 15 years and will continue to turn for them for visa and passport processing needs.

Getting Chinese visa involves a lot of details and regulations. If I were doing this many times a year, I would eventually learn what to do and how to do it. But I am renewing my visa every 10 years and I have neither the time nor the patience to make mistakes and drag out the process. Yes, I did pay for the service, but as a result, I got the visa quickly and without any problems. BTW, I did make some mistakes in initially filling out the forms, but CIBT quickly discovered them and helped me correct them. The end result was a painless 10 year visa.

The staff responded quickly to my questions and the input of my materials. I had four visas working at the same time. A couple of them ended up with 2 people working on them. When my technical skills were challenged they found alternate paths for me. I appreciated that. I didn't give it five stars because on my first contact the representative spoke too quickly, running through the procedure much to fast for me to take it in or get a question in. When I did have a question they were quick to provide an answer, or at least an acknowledgement so that I knew they were working on it. I was glad I elected to use the premium service.

I paid 40£ for a visa to UK instead of 20£ by official site. Price was not dysplaied for the transaction and I discover lately it was twice the expected amount.
