CIBTReviews of cibt.com

The final result was good after bit visa had me directly email them my personal photo as the many attempts I tried to download it on their application form failed. I would suggest they revisit their software settings.

I thought I had filled out my application as CIBT took my £495 off me I mean why would you take money for not being able to provide a service albeit it is for me to finish but this wasn't clear. I only found out when I logged into the system after the weekend to see I had to call them to finish the application so I did. Once I understood what needed to be done I finished the call and started the process most of which was information they already had so about 90% of it was duplication. The worst thing was the system kept crashing and my passport photo wouldn't upload so I have to call again after the error message said the only way to finish was to call them. I finally got it done but then I have been getting messages from my mobile phone operator to say I was being charged for some irregular calls outside of my plan. Odd I thought. I followed through to find that the calls to CIBT are on a premium cost line and the calls I made have totalled over £30 and are still coming which suggests it is a borderline scam. I have noted and reported to my operator and they are following up. The good news is that the visa came through but this is far from a good customer experience.

Everything went wrong. We applied for Bristish short-term visa via CIBT last December, and still have received nothing but rejections and AI emails, after paying over $100 US or 109 British pounds, and submitting 3 photos per person. Horrible experience. We will go with a more efficient service, not CIBT. P.S. CIBT did fully refunded application costs after 4 months and our change to a different ETA company. Hence, my change in rating.

I enquired about applying for a visa. The initial contact provided their invoice. Then I was contacted by two different people. Important Information given to me was different which made the process confusing and stressful. There was never any communication by phone for clarification as this was not available in spite of me asking to be contacted. This necessitated numerous emails which took considerable time. In the end my application was submitted and I received my visa promptly.

I used CIBT Visas as they were recommended by Princess cruises to get a Vietnam EVisa for upcoming cruise stop. The application process itself was quite easy however the price was not easy to understand & was in the end quite expensive. I also had to chase the application approval myself to see if it had come through, they did not let me know until I emailed them & responded

The turn-around time was good ( after one resubmission of my passport and photo). However, I found the cost too expensive in comparison to downloading the app on my phone and completing it myself. ( It would have been USD$19 x2 on UK-ETA app as opposed to this amount in addition to CIBT service charge of approx USD$35 x2 fee for myself and my wife). The fees were also charged up front with a strange name of " Visa-Connection"?

Company replied to emails quite quickly but it took 2 or 3 goes for my passport photo to be accepted. They didn't inform me what the problem was. Also think it was quite expensive for an E-visitor visa which according to Autralian customs is supposed to be free!?

Exorbitantly expensive for the service delivered.
