Super good service, highly recommended for express Chinese visa application. Smooth process

We had several people applying for Visas on 3 different orders and each one of us was treated differently and told different things. It was a laborious process to fill out the application to later be informed additional information was required that was not on the online forms. We expected to pay about $365 each and were shocked to receive our "paid" invoices of over $500 each. They had our credit card and charged it without an opportunity to review the invoice. There were several hidden fees we were not aware of--i.e. Fed X charges, UPS Next Day air charges, Passport Replacement Coverage fees (which we did not ask for), etc. Most frustrating though was the inconsistent information given by the agents to each of us when we called in. I would not recommend CIBT. I received this response 5 days ago "Reply from CIBT 5 days ago Hi Ann, thanks for sharing your experience with us. I would like to investigate this further if you could supply an order number." Since there was not a link to provide that to you I am submitting it as an edit to my original comment. I have all the order numbers of the 5 people who used your service so once you review mine (US2539229) please call me and I will give you the others so you can see the differences we all experienced with your company. Sold a visa for korea that I don't require,as my country is exempt ,led through the process by their website . They have not responded to my mails. This is fraud. I will be doing a charge back.

This company is very unscrupulous. There service fees are hidden and the application process does not refer to this page. The first thing they ask is for credit card and then proceed the process the application. Customer Service indicates that when the company does work there is a charge. I understand, but if I had the opportunity to view the charges I would not have gone forward. They will not refund my cancellation charge of $219.00

I had a fantastic experience with CIBT when they assisted my company in obtaining Chinese Visas in July. The service they provided was not only cost-effective but also highly professional and meticulous. Their team was incredibly patient throughout the entire process, ensuring everything went smoothly. I highly recommend CIBT for their exceptional service and patience!

I wish I could give less than one star because this company doesn't even deserve that. Right from the beginning 'my consultant' messed up by assigning me an incorrect file number. I gave months of advance notice for the visas (for a Cunard World Tour) and when I hadn't heard back nearer the cruise - I discover that they had put the wrong departure date down. Then one of their employees actually lied to me about when they could apply for certain visas. When I asked to speak to a manager, my consultant refused, saying she was the team leader. Why Cunard uses this incompetent company, with dozens and dozens of scathing reviews, is beyond me. Do yourself a favour - go anyplace else for your visas or do it yourself. This company is a complete and utter waste of money and will cause you untold stress.

Extremely unprofessional company. DO NOT EVER USE THEIR SERVICES. The first consultant assigned had no clue about the US VISA process, failed to provide me with basic information regarding the application filling, and made multiple mistakes while filling out my application form (basic details like my date of birth etc.) The second consultant assigned took the liberty of cancelling my first appointment for the VISA interview and rebooking without informing me or taking my consent. On questioning them, the only answer I got was that there was a ‘technical glitch’. When I changed my password after this, they kept badgering me to share the password without bothering to give any explanation for their actions.
