The staff responded quickly to my questions and the input of my materials. I had four visas working at the same time. A couple of them ended up with 2 people working on them. When my technical skills were challenged they found alternate paths for me. I appreciated that. I didn't give it five stars because on my first contact the representative spoke too quickly, running through the procedure much to fast for me to take it in or get a question in. When I did have a question they were quick to provide an answer, or at least an acknowledgement so that I knew they were working on it. I was glad I elected to use the premium service.

Initially I could not get the Vietnam Govt application to accept our application. I then found out of the Cibt service, and sent them the same info as required that would not be accepted. 7 days later, we received our Visas. Simple Process

The platform was easy to use and upload my documents. Only feedback was that it was not clear in their initial mail as where to upload the files

Good and professional service

This company did an excellent and very timely job in helping to get my visa request processed. Probably not their fault, but my only one slightly negative comment involves the number of submissions to get my photo accepted. This could also have been me and the photos I submitted. Overall, a well done and reliable job.

I was directed here by Princess Cruises. It was fairly easy to navigate, although it rejected scans and pictures. But it prompted me to try again. I am still waiting to receive my document. So far, I would say I recommend using them.
