I had to submit a photo multiple times, but once that was accomplished things went quickly. I was also under a tight timeline, which VC met; however, I reached out to VC a couple of times by phone and status checks to clarify where my application was in their process as I had not received emails from VC giving me details.

Once you sign into their system to start the application, they would charge their undisclosed fees on your credit card. Upon completion of the service, they would adjust the charge. Fortunately, we did not complete our Chinese Visa application and so we were able to cancel their service and hence their charges. The Chinese Visa cost $140 per application. Instead of $280 ( 2 x $140 ), they charged $999.32 on our visa card. The $999.32 includes $19.32 for consular processing fee, $614 ( 2 x $307 ) for China Tourist Standard Service Fee, Passport Replacement Coverage ( insurance ? ) for $43.00. The total of $999.32 does not even include any Fedex or UPS charges since we would pick up the documents from their office which is close by to the Chinese Visa Office. Chinese visa office would not do any mailing of visas or passports. You must pick up in person or by a surrogate. Hence the need for a travel agency to pick up for you and mail you the documents . Since we live in Los Angeles, we could all these in person. It only took 3 to 4 days. The total charge we paid was $280.00 In addition, the consulate also personally interviewed us when we submitted the application in person. I don't know how an agent can do this. Anyway, we saved ourselves bigtime by not going through them

I had to upload a second picture of my Passport, which was minorly annoying. Aside from that, I found the process fairly straightforward and easy to submit and I had my approval an papers less than a week later.

Giving one start because there is no option for zero star. I paid ~300GBP all they did was filling in an application from a document I filled in myself, my appointment got cancelled by the visa application centre, they were not even aware of that, really disappointing.

Fantastic experience all done online we paid for the premium service as we are going on holiday next week and didn’t even know we needed visas it was all turned around in 2 days much to my relief. It was expensive but worth it otherwise we wouldn’t have been able to go on holiday I would definitely recommend
