It takes longer for this company to get the visa than if you go through the official website of India. It took 24hrs to review the document, then another 24hrs to say the picture taken wasnt good enough, then another 24hrs to say that there was a typo in the invitation letter. So thats straight away three days away, when in general the Indian government grants both e-tourist and e-business visa within 72hrs from submission. It’s worthwhile to use for people who do not speak English and not able to follow the governments website.

Charge £66 for an ESTA without making it clear, even taking a £0 card check on my account rather than being honest and showing it as a £66 charge. Don't get an ESTA through these guys - go direct to the US gov website. It's not the legality I question, it's them not showing the price until after the transaction is done that is dishonest. If I had seen £66 I would have decided to do it myself rather than have them process the application for me. I wasn't given that choice hence the 1 star review.

I did have some problems uploading passports and picture but your agent, ANGELA W. was extremely helpful in getting me to where I needed to be. She is hopefully, a valuable employee. She turned a mess into a completed process for me.

CIBT is the greatest for passport and visas. I have been using their services for 10 years or more and they have not failed me. It had taken 6 business days to get a business eVisa. The process was smooth and the uploading of docs and photo was seamless. I appreciate in the past and even now how CIBT provides detailed instructions on the how-tos. Thanks!
