As a first time user I found this well described as to what was required. The website was easy to navigate. To newbies like me, please be aware of the site fee that is not included in the costing until the payment is actually applied. It is not much, but enough to throw out moneys if being transfer to an account that the payment is to come out from. From payment to notification of acceptance is roughly 24hrs

The process of visa application is always changing and hard to keep up to date. CIBT handles that and saves an airplane trip to a consulate. I have used CIBT since 2004 to handle multiple passport and visa needs. Always responsive and timely. Ismael Gonzalez recently handled my latest China visa very professional and thorough. Clearly explained when I had missed something.

Terrible experience obtaining Brazil visa. Don’t recommend. Website confusion between CIBT and Abriggs where one site doesn’t recognize the other but keeps sending user to the other so in the end you bounce between them many times and end up no man’s land and couldn’t access your profile or your actual visa (after final approval, CIBT sent a link instead of the actual visa!). I had to completely cancel my application, recreated a profile and resubmitted application, and yet this website shuffling still happens. I had to call them multiple times to ask what the heck was wrong and the agents on the phone were clearly sick of their jobs, no emotion and went through their jobs like robots, and even worse, agents apparently don’t log what they did, so one agent put down a recommended rush date for NEED BACK, then another agent wrote the next day requesting a later day for NEED BACK and some ridiculous document requests which further delayed the process. This has been such a terrible experience, such waste of time that my assistant and I swore not to ever use CIBT again.

hassle free. At 70yo+ I am a long term traveler so I find this expensive..and initially a bit confusing on how to start the process (could be me) but very very professional and for that I thank you

Jonathan Acker was truly the best with our China Visa request. He was professional, courteous, attentive, friendly, and a delight to work with. I've been doing travel at my company for over 20 years and have dealt with many consultants at both the NY and DC offices and Jon is now one of the two best ones I have had the pleasure to work with. If you find yourself working with the DC office, may you have Jon as your consultant. Who is the other best one you're asking, Robyn Evans. My only issue with CIBT is all of the fees and how you have to read very carefully the fine print to avoid a few of those many fees.

I paid over $1500 for a rush China visa and am still waiting. The representatives don’t give any information and just read from a script. I wish I never used this service and certainly won’t again!
